Bureaucracy is about to learn what fear is for. Ghost Master: Resurrection | State of Panic is a strategy game from Mechano Story Studio, which develops the project, and it steps inside the rigid world of institutions with two new locations: a Government Bank and a Town Hall. Both were designed for security and control. Both are about to become pressure cookers.

The premise turns order into the vulnerability. The moment the mortals inside realize the rules no longer protect them, the buildings stop being safe by design and start being traps by architecture. Tight corridors, public spaces, and fragile authority create the perfect environment for paranoia to spread, and the game treats every room as a stage where calm can be dismantled piece by piece.

Your work is the unraveling. You watch calm routines collapse as whispers turn into panic and trust evaporates between the people who used to rely on it. Fear is a management style. The haunting plays like strategy rather than spectacle: positioning, timing, and escalation decide how fast a working day turns into a State of Panic. The system is failing, and the design asks you to make sure these mortals feel every second of it.

The two new settings give the formula fresh texture. A Government Bank and a Town Hall carry different rhythms, different crowds, and different assumptions about safety, and each one rewards its own approach to fear. What works between counters and queues plays differently where the hall fills and the speeches start. The environments are the puzzle.
